Impact offers a range of classes and personal trainer 1-2-1 training. I have used the company for the classes, particularly the Sunday Masterclass and have found them to be fun, challenging and rewarding. I've also used Impact for the remote PT online option and felt it was well run, productive and engaging. Thank you!
