We work with couples on weddings of all sizes, from large, lavish celebrations for hundreds of guests, or simple but sophisticated, intimate weddings. Whatever the scale or style of your wedding, we ensure that the end result is an impeccable event, delivered to the highest of standards.
Everybody has different commitments, so we make sure that we work in a way that fits with your lifestyle. If you live abroad but would like to marry in the UK, we are happy to work across time-zones to fit in with your schedule. Most importantly, wherever you are in the world, we will make sure that you feel involved and in control at all times.
Your dedicated wedding planner will take the time to get to know you, gaining a deep understanding of your tastes and preferences; enabling us create your perfect celebration. Your wedding should be as unique as you are, so we offer a completely bespoke service, tailored to you.
DEFINING YOUR VISION
The first step towards planning your perfect wedding day is making sure that both you and we understand what would make your perfect celebration. We listen carefully to your thoughts and ideas, things that you would like and perhaps also things that you wouldn’t as well. Through this process we really get to know you, and from there we work to create mood boards for different themes and ideas. We begin to discuss guest numbers, locations, budget and all the important details that will shape your day.
THE PERFECT VENUE
Your choice of venue will shape just about every other aspect of your day, so it’s naturally one of the first things to arrange. From our consultations, we will know the size, style and potential locations and facilities required. Using our venue database and extensive research, we will present a shortlist to you and arrange viewings as required. Once the final decision has been made, we will negotiate on your behalf and take care of all the paperwork.

STYLING & THEMING
Using the mood boards created in our initial consultations as a starting point, we will create a coherent theme and style for your day that works in harmony with your venue and your plans.
We will of course keep you involved every step of the way.
SUPERB SUPPLIERS
From the florist, to the photographer and the entertainment, and many more besides; the key suppliers can make or break your most special celebration.
With over a decade in the wedding industry, we have a network of experienced and professional suppliers that we know will work to our high standards.
INVITES & RSVPS
Whether your style is bold and impactful, or boutique and hand-made, we are able to source all types of invitations and use professional graphic designers for bespoke creations.
Just as with all our services: after a detailed consultation, a selection of styles and designs will be presented, and once a final decision is made a final proof will be sent for your approval. We can take care of the tedious process of sending the invites and tracking RSVPs to ensure that everybody special in your life can attend your celebration.
MAKING IT RUN LIKE CLOCKWORK
A large amount of the work is put in by our team communicating, scheduling and coordinating the numerous elements to create a magical wedding experience.
On the day, your dedicated wedding planner will be the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring that everybody and every element is in the right place at the right time.
From the setup of the venue, to the smooth running of the various events, all of the careful planning will pay off as everything runs exactly to plan, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the magical occasion.
WHATS INCLUDED?
Full Wedding Planning costs start from £1,995.00+VAT and include the following services:
- Free consultation with your own dedicated wedding planner at Premier HQ.
- Venue Finding – We will provide you with appropriate venue suggestions and accompany you to up to 3 venue viewings.
- Secure, liaise and manage chosen venue – Once you have decided on which venue you would like, we would secure a date and liaise with them on behalf of yourselves for the rest of the planning process.
- Catering and Tastings – We will arrange tastings with the venue or caters. We will then negotiate and secure the menu on your behalf.
- Management of all suppliers – This will include all suppliers including photographer, videographer, entertainment, florist and décor and AV.
- 3 Consultations at Premier HQ – After your initial meeting with us, we then offer 3 more opportunities to come and discuss all plans with your dedicated wedding planner.
- 2 Site Visits at your chosen venue – We will have already visited the venue once during the venue finding process but we may need to return for tasting and décor related measures. The cost includes and additional 2 site visits for whatever the reason may be.
- On the day coordination – We will arrive from 8.30am on the day, and stay right through until the first dance to ensure everything runs smoothly. This service also includes a full working document and 2D drawing of a floor plan.

DANCE FLOOR HIRE
With Derby being so close to our East Midlands head office we are often providing clients based in Derby and Derbyshire with dance floors for their wedding reception.
We stock white starlit LED (starlight) dance floors, black starlit (starlight) dance floors, a plain black dance floor, a plain white dance floor, a parquet dance floor as well as the traditional black and white cheque floor.
All of our dance floors are cleaned after each event so you can be sure that they look fantastic when laid in your Derbyshire venue by our event crew.
Our dance floors are available to hire throughout Derbyshire, including Derby, Burton on Trent, Ilkeston, Breadsall, Makeney and Belper. Our dance floors are provided on trollies and so our event crew will require the access to be flat and level in order to be able to wheel them in.
The starlit LED dance floors are powered by a single controller, a single cable takes the power from the controller straight to the dance floor using a single lead, this lead will be discretely taped to the floor of the venue so that it does not cause a trip hazard.
The black starlit LED dance floor has proved to be very popular with our Derbyshire clients, especially bride and grooms booking them for wedding receptions in the area. The starlit dance floors twinkle throughout the wedding reception or event and provide a real talking point, we find that they are often the center of attention, after the bride and groom of course!
