HOG ROASTS AND SPIT ROASTS

We roast beautiful derbyshire hogs, lamb or venison (when in season). or we can do a mix of cuts in our mobile rottisserie ovens.

From simple pork rolls, to table service with piles of pork and vegetables on sharing platters, when you need to feed a crowd, you can’t beat a hog roast.

BUFFETS

Not just beige! We can curated beautiful selections of local and imported foods, along with hand crafted nibbles and bold and fresh salads.

BESPOKE

In the past we have created persian feasts, roasted whole pigs over wood (in the rain) and cooked perfectly medium rare steaks for 200. If you have an idea, we love cooking something new!
